Easy Breakfast Tacos

Looking for something healthy, quick, and satisfying to start your morning? These GF/DF breakfast tacos are just what you need! They are so easy to whip up in a rush, and they are freaking good!!

Ingredients

2-3 eggs
1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
1 Roma tomato, sliced
3 corn tortillas

Directions:

Scramble your eggs in a pan. While they are cooking, lay out your corn tortillas and spread your mashed avocado evenly across each. Add scrambled eggs and sliced tomatoes, and you’re DONE!
