I LOVE fruit bowls!! I like to come up with a new one each month, because different fruit is ripe at different types.
For this beauty, I combined a few fruits that are EXCELLENT during this cold time of year: Kiwis, Pomegranates, and Oranges!
I would recommend making a bunch of this and storing it in 1-serving portions (about 1/2 cup of everything combined). You can store it in little tupperwares or mason jars! 🙂
2 large Pomegranates
2 Kiwis, chopped
2 Whole Orange, Separated and sliced in thirds
Combine the prepared fruits and toss in a large bowl. Measure 1/2 cup portion sizes and save in containers. Makes about 6 servings.
