Spooky Deviled Eggs

Happy Halloween everyone! Today is a day of TEMPTATION, so to help ya’ll stay on track, I thought I’d share one of my favorite snacks with a twist for the holiday!

6 hard boiled eggs
1 T mayonnaise
1 t yellow mustard
1 small can of olives
Paprika (to garnish)

Shell, half, and “gut” your hard-boiled eggs and put all of the cooked yolks in a bowl. Combine your mayonnaise, mustard, and yolks until your mixture appears moist and easy to spoon out (add a little bit more mayo or mustard if your yolks still look a little dry).

Spoon your mixture evenly into your halved eggs. Set aside.

Drain olives and cut one larger piece (long way), and then cut 8 smaller pieces  for each of your spiders. Place on your prepared eggs.

Garnish your eggs with paprika. ENJOY! No guilt required. 🙂
